What preparations should be made when using the kiln ?

1. Make clear the duties of each operator. In addition to the operator, other personnel are strictly prohibited from tampering with any equipment.
2. The sanitation around the furnace shall be cleaned, the surrounding of the running parts shall be cleaned, and the protective net of the inlet of the cold air pipe shall be checked and cleaned.
3. Make a comprehensive inspection of all the equipment and instruments, and ensure that all of them can work normally.
4. When opening and closing the kiln door, confirm the position to ensure that there are no sundries in the operation range and the kiln door can run smoothly.
5. Ensure that the thermocouple no mechanical damage.
